2010 Municipal Elections
The 2010 Municipal Elections will be held on Monday, October 25th, 2010.

Voters for the Township of Wainfleet will be electing a Mayor (who also serves as Regional Councillor), four Aldermen and Public or Separate School Board Trustees in both the French and English Language.
The term of office is four years, beginning December 1, 2010 and ending November 30, 2014.
On December 15, 2009, changes to the Municipal Elections Act were approved. For an overview of these amendments, view Bill 212 Revisions (PDF). One of the many changes that directly impacts voters is that identification will be required to vote in this municipal event. Voter Identification List (PDF).
